Through the Mindful Action classes, I hope to journey with you as we acknowledge and process the heavy emotions of ecological grief, anxiety, and concern for the state of the world—while learning tools to feel more connected, supported, and hopeful in our shared path toward a kinder, better world.

This four-part series explores grounding, meditation, and yoga practices designed to help you connect more deeply with your body and calm your mind.
Each class includes:
Mindful breathwork
Yoga asana (Hatha, Yin, Restorative, or Flow)
Guided meditation
Optional reflection through journaling

These classes are designed to support staff teams and community groups working in the nonprofit and activist space. The intention is to help participants feel more connected—to each other, to their community, and to the joy and purpose that inspire their work.

Guided meditation
Optional reflection through journaling
