My story
I am longtime yoga practitioner, certified yoga and meditation teacher and climate activist. My mindfulness practice is deeply rooted in my connection to nature and community. I believe that by deepening our connection to the natural world and each other, we can collectively overcome the current challenges that our world faces.
I have found yoga and meditation profoundly healing on my own journey of living with trauma, anxiety, and ecological grief and that has inspired me to share these mindfulness tools with others. I am also a mama to a rambunctious toddler - my greatest mindfulness teacher to date. I live and guide workshops, yoga and meditation classes in Toronto, ON and online on Zoom and Insight Timer.
